The ground floor is the hub for entertainment options for those of all ages and interests in your group. There is a rec room with a kitchenette, a theater, and a sauna adjacent to a well-equipped exercise room. The rec room offers a pool and foosball table, as well as a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. An island offers bar seating and faces a mounted flat screen TV positioned above the kitchenette. There is a second TV located on the other side of the rec room, but no matter where you are in this space, you have uninterrupted views of the sound. The theater is furnished with eight leather reclining chairs with cupholders and a projector screen extending nearly the entire wall, side to side and floor to ceiling. A DVD player is located in the equipment panel and is connected the full system. This house offers a unique amenity: a full sauna and exercise room. The sauna has two levels to sit at, and the exercise room is equipped with a weight machine, treadmill, stationary bike, and a wall of mirrors to ensure you feel like you are getting a true gym experience. A half bath and laundry facilities are available on this level.

Bedding accommodations include a king bedroom with a private bath with a shower/tub, walk-in closet, mounted flat screen TV, and views of the sound. A den is located on the opposite end of the house that has a queen bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Sliding glass doors from the rec room lead out to the pool area, and quite honestly, the pool area is the star of the show here. An infinity pool that overlooks the sound, a raised hot tub, and many outdoor seating options - chances are, you won't want to spend much time inside.
