Located in Section C of Ocean Sands, this home is just a short distance south of the Currituck Club Golf Course, grocery stores, eateries, and more!
Updates for 2025: New full bathroom added to ground level, new LVT flooring throughout ground level.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

There are two bedrooms on this level, one with two twin beds and a flatscreen TV and the second with two twin bunks and a flatscreen TV. A full hallway bathroom (with a shower/tub) and a full rec room bathroom (with a walk-in shower) are available to everyone on this floor.
Doors open from the rec room to a sheltered patio with seating and beyond to the sparkling private pool with lounge seating. When the sea calls your name, stroll on a private beach walkway with a dune top deck to the sandy beaches of Corolla. Arrive home mid-day to prepare casual meals on the grill to be enjoyed at the poolside cabana bar. As the sun sets, gather in the poolside bubbling hot tub, the perfect end to a perfect day.
