Overview
Looking for the perfect therapy for the doldrums of everyday life? Look no further than Beach Therapy, a charming beachfront retreat in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla. Guests who reserve this oceanfront home will enjoy invigorating ocean views and coastal breezes, an open great room with modern kitchen, five bedrooms, elevator, fully equipped recreation lounge, den with TV, screened-in porch, private pool and hot tub. Community beach access are located two lots in either direction. All bedrooms have HDTVs with Netflix capability (use own account). This neighborhood is located across the street from the Currituck Club golf course, a grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Community tennis courts are available for guest use at Section D or Section F.
Community Notes: The Ocean Sands Property Owners Associations respectfully requests that while you are occupying this home, you and all parties
of your group observe the rules and regulations of the community. Review the rules and regulations.
Tennis: Guests in Section E of Ocean Sands have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A dynamic recreation lounge on the ground level offers a regulation-size pool table for hours of fun-filled competition, a wall-mounted shelf to place drinks and snacks and bar stools, a 55" HDTV, and a wet bar with full refrigerator, sink and microwave. A bedroom with a queen bed has a shared bath that is accessible from the rec room. A full bath has a doorway leading to this bedroom and a separate door leading to the recreation lounge. A sliding glass door takes you to the outdoor amenities which include a private fenced-in pool for play and leisurely swims, poolside lounge furniture and a hot tub for rejuvenation and star gazing.
