With twelve bedrooms, ten with private baths and many with private decks overlooking the Atlantic, this home provides comfortable accommodations for everyone in your group. A highlight of the home is the custom designed pool area, which is just steps from the beach, accessible by a private ocean walkway. With a swim up bar, hot tub inset inside the pool, and ample lounge seating, days in the sun will feel happy and carefree. Even the youngest guests will have a delightful stay and enjoy the inset kiddie pool, while the elevator, panoramic ocean views, and a media/rec room ensure that everyone will be enjoying a dream vacation. A prime location means that this home is just a few streets south from the Currituck Club golf course, Harris Teeter grocery store, and several restaurants and shops.
Updates for 2025: New kitchen cabinets and appliances, great room redone, including new flooring, furniture, and added wet bar in dining area.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Needs Amenities: This home offers an elevator, and a mid-level bath with low-barrier shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more specific information.
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

The lower level provides a recreation room with a foosball table, a large L-shaped sectional, a 65'' Smart TV with surround-sound audio, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, two icemakers, microwave, and sink. Bedding options include three kings with private baths, all with access to the pool area, a queen with a private bath, and two bedrooms, each with two twin bunks, that share nearby access to a hall bath. (Please note the ground level rec room does not connect to the pool area.)
Outdoors, the custom designed pool area offers a large saltwater pool with swim-up bar, inset kiddie pool, inset hot tub, and beach access via a private walkway. (Please note that the inground hot tub is a regular jetted hot tub but does not have a cover.)
