For your next vacation to the Outer Banks, make plans for a relaxing stay at Hooked Up, a Corolla semi-oceanfront with easy access to the beach in the Ocean Sands Section O community. Hooked Up offers a modern design that incorporates classic Carolina elements, and features amenities that will be appreciated and enjoyed by your whole crew. This spacious retreat offers a private pool with cabana bar and hot tub, a rec room with arcade game, shuffleboard and wet bar, ocean views, covered and open decks for sun and shade, Smart TVs throughout, and ample stretch-out space for your next family vacation or trip with friends. If you came to the Outer Banks for our award-winning beaches, you're in luck. Just one lot back from the ocean, Hooked Up is a short 40-yard walk to the community beach access. Return to the house after epic beach days to grill out by the pool, watch a game in the outdoor bar with TV, or regroup in the expansive great room to make memories with loved ones.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: One of the top floor bedrooms has a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. There is a stocked fishing lake by the community pool, please note that a fishing license is required in order to fish.

Bedding on the ground level includes one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.
