The house was lovely and the view was absolutely amazing.

The soundfront location of this home was wonderful. The kitchen was nicely equipped; we did quite a bit of cooking during our one-week stay and had everything we needed.

CDR has become our go to for vacations. This was our first stay on the sound. We enjoyed our house, the neighborhood was comfortable and inviting. We can't thank CDR and their staff enough for allowing us to unwind a few weeks every year. We'll be back in September and are already counting the days. Thank you again. We are always happy with your homes when we arrive. Pool service was on site one day, they were friendly and fun. They did a great job.

I have used Carolina Designs to book A home on a number of occasions. I am always pleased with the service and the homes. When I do call for assistance your personnel are always helpful and friendly. I was also pleased with how you handled my two other Reservations during COVID. This house was nice - great location and glad we got to finally come down and stay in it after the subsequent cancellations.

I was told by the family that this was my best house selection of the nine times we have been to the Outer Banks. Grand kids were at first disappointed that we were not closer to the beach but they loved using the exercise room, walking the neighborhood, and the seven minute walk to the beach was just a little exercise. It would be nice if when a home is rented in Monetary Shores that you send out the info sheet so tenants know bikes and kayaks are available to rent at the community center.

We've stayed in this home six times since 2004. We consider it our optimal vacation home and love the location and the amenities it offers. I can't even count how many times we've stayed with Carolina Designs since we first started coming to the Outer Banks in 1999. The keyless entry feature is a definite plus and makes a difference when looking for homes. Carolina Designs is always our go-to realtor when considering vacation homes. We know what we're getting, and it's always exceptional quality.
