The top floor has an open concept with cathedral ceilings and large picture windows, offering stunning ocean views. Each bedroom includes its own private, custom tiled bathroom. There are plenty of gathering spaces on each floor to accommodate large groups, with an elevator to travel seamlessly throughout. Outdoor amenities abound at Sea N Sea, with a large private pool, hot tub, and two cabanas covering 550 square feet, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. Sea N Sea offers outstanding ocean views from the open front decks and there are two levels of decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade.
In a prime location on Lighthouse Drive in Whalehead, you're just three homes from beach access (Albacore) and within a short walk to the Timbuck II Shopping Village for access to many bars, restaurants, and grocery store. Sea N Sea has it all and is sure to please.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Beach Access: This home is located 125 yards from the Albacore Street Public Beach Access.

Outside consists of a resort style pool with sundeck/parent's ledge and in pool bar stools, perfect for staying cool on those warm summer days. Two large covered cabanas include a lounge area with Smart TV, Sonos sound system, ping pong table, and spot to pull in your chaise pool lounger for shade. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-appointed entertainment area with a pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade machine with 10,000 games, a Smart TV, and sitting area. The rec room also includes a sports bar equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and freestanding icemaker.
