A half bath is centrally located for easy access to guests enjoying these amenities and serves as a cabana bath to those outdoors. Bedding options on this level include two king suites with private baths (one is special access friendly providing grab bars, roll-in shower and a roll-under sink) and a second suite with a private bath has two custom built-in double bunks. A laundry center on this floor provides two washing machines, two dryers and a utility sink. Doors lead from the rec room to beautifully designed outdoor amenities that will become your personal sanctuary throughout your stay. Center stage is a sparkling private pool (option to heat) with kiddie pool surrounded by relaxing lounge furniture to soak in revitalizing sun rays. A poolside wet bar with sink, power outlets (blenders are available) and seating is the perfect spot to sip chilled beverages under a sheltered arbor. Those with competitive spirits will find a sandy volleyball court located just beyond the fenced pool area. As the sun sets, unwind and replenish in the soothing hot tub to recap daily events and plan tomorrow's adventures under star-filled coastal skies.
