Prepared with talent and care, the Asian-inspired dishes at Single Fin are top-notch. This is Chef Pok’s second restaurant in the area, and their sushi is second to none on the Outer Banks. They make traditional rolls with simple perfection, but also explore creative flavors with specialty rolls we’ve never seen anywhere else (they’re also massive!)! We love the Hotty Hotty roll with shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, salmon, and deep-fried onion.
