Outer Surf

Outer Surf is a locally owned and operated surf school and surf shop that offers surf lessons for those of all ages. In addition to surf lessons, they host surf camps throughout the summer, and they even do a multi-day surf retreat for women surfers. Their love for surfing comes through in everything they do. The storefront is located on the Beach Road in Nags Head, right across from the Abalone Street Beach Access. If you’re in the area, we’d highly recommend popping by to check them out. While you’re there, be sure to take an Instagram-worthy photo in front of their surf-inspired mural on the side of the building.
