you'll find sleek and modern decor, four spacious bedrooms plus a converted den with private baths, and views aplenty. Outside, you'll find decks on every level (yes, even on the roof), and a private backyard that includes a shaded lounge area and a pool big enough for the whole family.
The Wright State of Mind has as many decks as one can dream of - ocean view decks lead from the 1st floor king, 2nd floor rec room, and the 3rd
floor great room. Three of the bedrooms have private decks with ocean views, one on the east side of the house, the other two are on the south side. Ocean breezes
welcome you as you walk out onto the top floor deck, and you can go even higher by making your way up the spiral staircase. The roof-top deck has marble flooring and
captivating 360-degree views of the barrier island!
Updates for 2024: Pool heater installed, pergola added over some of the poolside loungers.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: An EV charger is available for free for guest use.
Beach Access: The nearest beach access is the Atlantic Street Public Beach Access (219 yds. from the property).
