This five bedroom home is centrally situated in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Duck, which features the beach at one end, and the shops and sights of Duck Village at the other. Just two lots from the community beach access, Marty's Manor is considered "3rd row oceanside" and offers views of the Atlantic from spacious decks. This property also features a private pool, putting green, rec room with pool table, and an elevator - which is a rare amenity for a home of this size! The community of Sea Pines includes access to a tennis court, a community beach walkover, and an outdoor pool.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

The outdoor area is well-suited for swimming, sunning, and fun with a large fenced backyard, concrete pool, poolside cabana bar, cornhole, putting green, and a basketball hoop in the driveway. The pool also has a basketball hoop for those who want to spark up a game of friendly competition while taking a dip to cool off. An outdoor shower is available for a post-beach rinse off, and the carport with its exterior elevator access makes unloading groceries and luggage convenient. Please note that the elevator only serves the top floor. Inside, the ground floor has a rec room with pool table, mini-fridge, a king bedroom, and a full bath.
