Overview
Don't just vacation - experience the ultimate unique beach experience at Soul Surfer! Thoughtfully laid out, this oceanfront vacation home is truly unique. Spend lazy days in the pool area, which connects to a private beach walkway, leading you straight to the ocean's shore. Rainy day? No worries - the theater room, rec room, and media den offer all you need for indoor entertainment. One of the most notable features is the retractable glass door system, which offers specialized panels and collapsing sliders that open to uninterrupted ocean views on the top two levels. Located at Milepost 15 in Nags Head, this home is close to grocery stores, classic Outer Banks restaurants, Jennette's fishing pier, a golf course, and more. An added plus, a day trip to Bodie Island Lighthouse or downtown Manteo is a short drive away.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home as an entry ramp and elevator. A king bedroom on the middle floor has a roll-under sink and a barrier-free shower. There is an exterior path on the north side of the house leading to the pool area, with no stairs between the driveway and pool area. (There are stairs between the pool area and beach.) The exterior path on the north side of the home and the pavers leading to the front entry ramp are cut pavers. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. The lower level of this home is great for gathering. Plan a movie night with family and friends in the private movie theater, featuring surround sound and arm chair seating. The game room on this floor provides an opportunity to hone your eight ball skills. Custom panels installed between the rec room and home theater can be opened to allow movie viewing during your billiard game (great for sporting events), and the adjoining kitchenette allows for quick access to snacks and cold beverages (refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher).
Outside, reinvigorate in the oceanside pool (option to heat for an additional fee), offering a swim-up bar, kiddie pool area, and in-water lounge chairs. After dusk, the multi-colored pool lights and ambiance of the outdoor lighting let you keep the good times going with an outdoor speaker stereo system. The home also provides a private boardwalk to the beach, complete with a dune-top gazebo, the ideal place to get out of the sun and watch beach activity, or for an evening spent stargazing.
