CAPE SOL Oceanfront in Duck

We loved this house!! Members of our party particularly loved the elevator for loading and unloading into the house. The area was so nice - loved the area and the beautiful trees leading to our house. We would like to extend a special thank you to the owners. SUCH A GREAT STAY!! Everything worked perfectly. This house was very clean!! Very pleased with everything!!

Just wanted to let you know that we all loved our stay at Cape Sol. It had the community space that we needed to do things together and enough bedrooms and baths to give each of us a place to read or nap or watch TV in our own private area. We loved the great room with its striking ocean views and fireplace for late evenings. The dining room was large enough for all of us to eat together. We could watch (and help) the designated chefs as needed but still be able to relax and enjoy our pre-dinner drinks. The downstairs fridge was great to have since we had so much food and needed a place to store things. And the elevator a lifesaver for our group and our aging knees! The dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes and storage containers were fabulous. The house was lovely, sparkling clean, and welcoming. This was the second time that we've rented from Carolina Designs and have nothing but good things to report. If OBX ever calls to us again, you can be assured that we will be back in touch with you!

This was our 6th year and we are booked for 2024. The house and location are perfect for our family.

This was a perfect house for our family! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. I loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the young people on the beach. Everything inside and outside was extremely clean and neat.The house is devoid of clutter which makes it really great for renters--and much easier to clean! Our young grandson walked through the screen door on the deck. I called Carolina Designs to report the damage. A maintenance person was sent the same day to make the repairs. The pool was immaculate. It was serviced midweek.

Beautiful home, love the decorative touches and the view and pool area were perfect! We had a very nice week!

Out Family of 18 fit perfectly and we were able to have a week of fun, rest and relaxation. My husband celebrated his 80th birthday with all the kids and Grandchildren and I came home to celebrate my 78th yesterday! Everything was organized and easy...and we thank you for your service!
