An Outer Banks treasure, Moon Shine is a 12-bedroom vacation home located only 160 yards from the Herring Beach Access. With over 7,700 square feet of living space and a 30' x 15' private pool, there is enough room to spread out but the spacious gathering areas make coming together to enjoy your beach vacation as a group simple and uncrowded. A private pool, hot tub, rec room, theater, an elevator that travels to each floor, and multiple gathering areas throughout, Moon Shine is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. This home is situated on a corner lot and is mere steps from the raised boardwalk that leads you straight to the beautiful beaches of Corolla.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

The ground floor rec room provides a pool table, a shuffleboard table, sofa seating, and a wet bar with a sink, Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator. The theater room is adjacent to the rec room and allows you to watch your favorite film and experience a private theater feeling. A half bath is located in the rec room for those who are tapping into their competitive state while playing games but it's also very convenient for those who are drifting into a more zen state while lounging poolside. Sliding glass doors in the rec room lead to the fully-fenced private pool area that also offers a hot tub, open and covered poolside areas, and an outdoor bar area.
Bedding on the ground floor includes two king bedrooms and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks (twin-over-double). Each bedroom has a private bath. Laundry facilities on this level include two washers and two dryers.
