Highlights include amazing indoor and outdoor living space (7,200 sq. feet of interior living space and 3,000 sq. feet of decks), outdoor lounges, and poolside areas, totaling over 10,000 sq. feet where you can truly relax and unwind. Inside, retreat to one of the special living areas available on each level: the expansive oceanview great room, the rec room with a pool table and foosball, or the ground floor poolside bar. The theater has reclining seats and the 160" TV is perfect for movie night. Need a quiet space to work? Don't worry, a private office is available. Outside, you'll feel like you're at a resort in the beautifully maintained backyard, which features a private pool (with FREE pool heat!), a hot tub, a tiki bar, an in-pool swim up bar, an outdoor TV and sound system, outdoor fireplaces, and space to lounge in the sun or the shade.
To further enhance your relaxation, a welcome basket from Tommy's Market greets you, a newspaper is delivered five days a week, a seasonal cabana beach set up is offered from Mon-Sat (more information below), and as a guest of this home, you'll recieve all the K Club benefits, including discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club (more information below).

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Community Note: This home is a part of the Pine Island Reserve neighborhood, a group of distinctive oceanfront estates. Please note that this home does not have access to the Pine Island Beach Club, but guests may visit the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness center for a small fee.

The ground floor welcomes you with a drive-under car port, where you can unload groceries and luggage, and an elevator offers ease of access and aid moving heavy items between floors. Sophisticated yet comfortable design elements welcome you as you enter the home. Bedding options on the ground level include three king suites, and a fourth with two built-in twin bunksets. Each room has a flat screen TV and a private bath. A sitting area with a TV and fireplace adjoins to a full-size bar, featuring KitchenAid appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kegerator (holds 1/4 or 1/2 kegs), and commercial icemaker. There are two bathrooms in this area, close to the pool area for convenience. A massage table is also provided. Step outside to the expansive pool area, designed as an oasis to be enjoyed by your whole group. Four rocking chairs are centered around the outdoor TV. Ample seating is offered around the pool, as well as a poolside swim up bar/tiki bar with sink, two compartments for ice, and nine stools. If you're in need of some shade, a poolside covered gazebo offers five additional rocking chairs. A kiddie pool is available for the mini-vacationers in your group, and a hot tub offers the ideal place to unwind after long beach days. Indoor/outdoor audio means you can enjoy poolside tunes day and night, and a private beach walkway transports you to one of the loveliest beaches in Corolla.
