Keep an eye on the town green for seasonal family friendly events and activities. A multi-use pathway leads to the heart of Duck for an endless variety of shopping and dining opportunities. With a premiere location, desirable home and community amenities and close ocean proximity, Carolina Cabana truly has it all!

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Brilliantly sunny, the second floor great room offers spacious windows, comfortable furnishings, a 40" flat screen HDTV, seasonal gas fireplace and a charming table with seating for ten. A well-stocked kitchen overlooks the great room and provides cooks with a full refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Cusinart and Keurig coffee makers, and bar seating for four. Steps lead to an oversized lofted ship's watch that's furnished with five cozy arm chairs. This is a great space for quiet conversations or to read a favorite classic. One king bedroom with a private bath rounds out this level.

The office staff always answers my questions/requests promptly. They're friendly and courteous. They're a pleasure to work with. The owners consistently make repairs and updates. We love staying here. If services are needed they are quickly addressed. the staff at the clubhouse are always friendly and helpful. My son and his partner thoroughly enjoyed working out in the gym. It was clean and well equipped
