Overview
Vacation Oasis is a beachfront sanctuary located in the popular Nags Head Oasis community just north of Jennette's Pier. This design offers trendy amenities, and the home was professionally decorated in a bold nautical theme with top-of-the-line electronics and appliances. This premier location is highlighted with sensational sunrise, ocean, and sound views. Enjoy close proximity to pier activities, Tanger Outlet Mall, family friendly recreation, fine dining, and casual eateries.
Updates for 2026: New furniture in great room, dining room, entry, media room, kitchenette, pool area, and various bedrooms. New photos to come.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Ramp access to home and elevator accesses all three levels. Ground level bedroom with two twin beds has a bathroom with roll-under sink and low-barrier shower with seat and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for more details.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home. At times, sand can fill the gazebo.
This home is located in an area that will receive beach nourishment in 2026 to widen the beach. Learn more about beach nourishment. All beach nourishment information is subject to change. **If the beach directly in front of your home is being actively nourished during your stay, this homeowner has agreed to compensate you for a portion of your vacation.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Choose from an array of sleeping accommodations on the ground level, all are suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms. This includes one oceanfront bedroom with a queen size bed, a delightful children's suite with a double bunk, one king, and a bedroom furnished with two twin beds with a bathroom equipped for special access. A den on this level provides sofa seating and a mounted flat screen TV.
Doors open to a covered bar with sink and a full cabana bath with shower. A private saltwater pool is a haven for relaxation and provides multi-colored underwater lighting for nighttime swims. Unwind under clear coastal skies in poolside lounge chairs, and spend evenings in the bubbling hot tub under starry skies. A private beach access means the shoreline is waiting just over the dune.
