 at work in the area: Network for Endangered Sea Turtles (N.E.S.T.)\, Coa
 stal Humane Society\, and Beach Food Pantry. The arts and craft vendors'
  items include paintings\, jewelry\, photography\, basketry\, fiber arts
 \, mixed media\, glass\, and more. The event spans two days\; note that 
 the Wednesday hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and the Thursday hours are 10
 :00 AM - 4:00 PM.\n\n\nExplore The Area\nKitty Hawk Pier is operated by 
 the Hilton Garden Inn and is located right next door. OBX Arts &amp\; Cr
 aft Festival attendees can purchase a pier pass at the hotel's front des
 k for a gorgeous elevated view of the waves rolling onto the beach. If y
 ou have an appetite\, there are some great food options right across the
  street from the hotel and pier: Duck Donuts\, High Cotton Barbeque\, an
 d Vilai's Thai Kitchen. (All come highly recommended!) If you're feeling
  inspired to create after taking in an afternoon of arts and crafts\, Is
