Pastaficio is going through major renovations for the 2012 season (photos will be posted throughout the renovation process). An entire exterior makeover including new roof, exterior paint and landscaping have turned the property into one of the most charming and picturesque homes in Duck. A new 1,000 square foot deck at dune level provides one of the most beautiful views of the ocean in the Outer Banks. The new deck which is the centerpiece of the home has a custom concrete salt water pool with in-pool sitting wall and optional heating or cooling while you view the ocean. Also, a new hot tub and deck furniture have direct ocean views and will make outdoor living a pleasure. Finally, the 3rd level ships watch has panoramic 360 degree views that stretch from the ocean to the sound.
The interior of the home has also been redone. New furniture, appliances and décor throughout the house have the house feeling as though it was just built. The house has been redecorated with a “coastal cool” feel that makes it bright, airy and very comfortable. A new media room has been added on the first level with comfortable seating, a new 55” HDTV with Blue-Ray DVD and sound system. There is also a custom gaming connection for easy guest connection to the system.
Each of the six bedrooms were redone and now include wall mounted 42” HDTVs. The master bedroom is a special room. It provides uninterrupted 180 degree views of the beach, ocean and pier. It is simply spectacular.
