Ground level: Sports Bar (Rick's Cafe) with Olhausen professional pool table, multiple plasma flat screen TVs, stereo system, Bonzini foosball, and arcade games (quarters required), 10 foot bar comes complete with cold wine storage, refrigerator, 50lb ice maker, sink, and dishwasher. 3 King MBRs w/TV/DVD, and 1 extra large MBR with 3 Double sized Bunk Sets (sleeps 12) with TV/DVD, board games, toys, books. Step outside to the pool area where there is a large private heated swimming pool, Bare Foot Spa that seats 8, plenty of lounge chairs and table seating and a poolside bath and 2 outdoor showers. From the pool area you can stroll along the private walkway to the sprawling dune deck (seats 20+ people!) for spectacular views of the beach and ocean. A poolside cabana is complete with outdoor wet bar, icemaker, refrigerator, plenty of sitting room in the shade and on the dune level deck which has a Soujourn Hot Tub (seats 7) and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Mid level: Theater complete with two rows of super comfy leather couches to sink into as you enjoy what's playing on the 110" screen, state-of-the-art electronics, DVD, DVD library, X-Box, THX surround sound system and butt kickers installed in the seats to optimize your big screen experience. New in 2011 - 3D Projector. Also equipped with wet bar and refrigerator. 4 King MBRs - 2 facing the ocean and 2 facing the Sound, 1 w/Jacuzzi tub; all bedrooms have TV/DVD. All ocean facing bedrooms offer deck access as well - make your getaway to the dune-level hot tub where you can raise your champagne glass - Here's looking at you kid - and enjoy the music of the surf and the salt air under a starry sky.

Top level: Enjoy the wall of windows which provides spectacular ocean views; turn to the front of the house to enjoy equally amazing Sound views. Custom faux painted murals transport you to Morocco inside the walls of the kasbah – and are designed to maximize the impact of the soaring ceilings and to frame the spectacular views. Catch a movie on the 63" 3D TV or enjoy music delivered via speakers throughout the top floor of the house. 10 pairs of 3D glasses will be provided. Spacious King MBR, which adjoins a spacious bath with Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and separate shower ajoining private sitting room/office. Kitchen includes Jenn-Aire smooth cook top, 2 convection oven, 2 dishwashers, icemaker, granite countertops, etc. Expanded sunroom was remodeled as a large eating area (ocean view, seats 8-10); there is also a separate octagonal dining room (sound view, seats 14) and breakfast bar (seats 6). Ocean and sound deck access from this level as well. So, forget about Paris - Casa Blanca is the only place for you!!!
