A Few Additional Tips:

Grocery Shopping
There are two main grocery store chains on the Outer Banks; Harris-Teeter and Food Lion are both large stores and will have everything you need for your stay. Outer Banks stores can be very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays so we recommend planning your grocery shopping trip accordingly.

Traffic
Outer Banks traffic can be very heavy from about 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, so make your travel plans with this in mind.
