Located on a quiet street in the heart of Duck, this home sets a relaxing mood with its thoughtful floor plan, private bedroom suites, and gathering areas on every level. The popular Sea Pines subdivision offers guests access to its community pool, tennis courts, and private beach access with parking. The award winning town of Duck provides a roadside multipath leading to unique shops, eateries and galleries, as well as an 11-acre town park with scheduled seasonal family friendly activities, soundside boardwalk, children's playground, and boat and kayak launch.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. A half bath is centrally located and doors lead to the sun deck with built-in seating and heightened views. The kitchen offers a crock pot, Keurig coffee machine, full refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers and bar seating for six. Meals can be served at a large dining table with seating for ten guests and a table for four. The grand king bedroom on this level has a Roku TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and shower.
