In order for us to properly prepare our homes for our
next guests, please complete the following items before your departure. Please
be considerate of the guests who follow.
• Remove trash from inside home and place in outside trash barrels. Place trash cans out by the street curb, opening facing street, for pick up.
• Clean all used dishes, pots and pans and return to proper place.
• Check house for personal belongings. A C.O.D. postage, shipping and handling
fee will apply for any items returned to you.
• Turn off all lights and appliances.
• Remove all items from refrigerator; leave refrigerator set on medium.
• Set thermostat to 75° on A/C in the Summer or 55° on heat in the Winter.
• Lock all windows, doors and sliders.
• Return all keys to our office no later than 10:00 a.m. on checkout day. Do
not return to the premises after checkout.
• When you come to our office to return the keys, take advantage of your
"Previous Guest" status by making your reservation request for next year.
Please do not strip the bed linens from beds.
Items of Special Concern:
• Please be aware that an extra cleaning fee may be required if the house,
grounds, hot tub, or pool is left excessively dirty.
• Long distance telephone calls made at the home during your stay will be
charged and will incur a service fee.
• If keys are not returned, a locksmith charge will be charged for new locks to
maintain security for the homeowner's property.
